IMPORTANT: NO REFUNDS FOR TOURNAMENT ENTRY FEES

Once you participate in a tournament, entry fees are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances, including:

  • Disconnection during gameplay
  • Poor performance or early elimination
  • Technical issues on your device
  • Change of mind after registration

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds are only considered in the following specific scenarios:

3. Refund Process

Step-by-Step Refund Process

4.1 Tournament Cancellation

If we cancel a tournament before it starts:

  • Full refund of entry fees within 24 hours
  • Refund to original payment method
  • Notification via app and email

4.2 Technical Issues

For technical issues caused by our platform:

  • Must be reported within 1 hour of occurrence
  • Requires proof/screenshots
  • Investigation within 24 hours
  • Refund if issue is verified from our side

Non-Eligible Technical Issues

NO REFUNDS for issues caused by:

  • Your internet connection problems
  • Device compatibility issues
  • Free Fire server problems
  • Power outages in your area

5. Bonus & Promotional Funds

5.1 Bonus Funds

  • Signup bonus (₹5) is NON-WITHDRAWABLE
  • Referral bonuses are NON-REFUNDABLE
  • Promotional funds expire as per offer terms
  • No cash value for bonus funds

5.2 Withdrawal Restrictions

  • Minimum withdrawal: ₹50
  • Withdrawals only to verified Indian accounts
  • Daily withdrawal limit: ₹10,000
  • KYC verification required for large withdrawals

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Strict Policy on Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first will result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Forfeiture of all funds in the account
  • Permanent ban from Blaze Battle
  • Legal action for fraudulent chargebacks

ALWAYS contact us before initiating any payment disputes.
