- Poor performance or early elimination
- Technical issues on your device
- Change of mind after registration

Non-Eligible Technical Issues
NO REFUNDS for issues caused by:
- Your internet connection problems
- Device compatibility issues
- Free Fire server problems
- Power outages in your area
5. Bonus & Promotional Funds
5.1 Bonus Funds
- Signup bonus (₹5) is NON-WITHDRAWABLE
- Referral bonuses are NON-REFUNDABLE
- Promotional funds expire as per offer terms
- No cash value for bonus funds
5.2 Withdrawal Restrictions
- Minimum withdrawal: ₹50
- Withdrawals only to verified Indian accounts
- Daily withdrawal limit: ₹10,000
- KYC verification required for large withdrawals
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Strict Policy on Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first will result in:
- Immediate account suspension
- Forfeiture of all funds in the account
- Permanent ban from Blaze Battle
- Legal action for fraudulent chargebacks
